HOW DO YOUR ITEMS FIT?
Our clothes are designed to run true to size. We've meticulously crafted our sizing to ensure that our garments fit as expected, providing our customers with a comfortable and accurate fit. You can shop with confidence knowing that our sizing chart reflects the true measurements of each item, helping you find the perfect fit for your body type.

I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE / WRONG PRODUCT
We're sorry about the confusion and want to make things right for you as soon as possible! Just drop us an email at contact@seektherapynow.com to let us know about the mix-up. Be sure to include your order number, name, and the email you used when placing the order. Please detail the issue: what you originally ordered and what you received, specifying the style/design, color, and size. If possible, attach a picture of the product(s) highlighting the problem, whether it's a defect, incorrect size, or wrong item altogether.


For any defective products you've received, we'll gladly provide you with a 50% discount code for your next purchase. And rest assured, any incorrect orders will be promptly rectified.

I FORGOT TO USE MY DISCOUNT CODE
Apologies for the inconvenience, but once an order is confirmed, our system doesn't permit price adjustments, including the application of discount codes. It's essential to double-check all details, including any discount codes, before finalizing your purchase.
Please note that only one discount code can be used per order

HOW DOES THE FREE SHIPPING WORK?
Free shipping is automatically applied to all orders totaling $100 or more. So, once your order hits that mark, you won't need to worry about any shipping fees — it's on us!

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
At SeekTherapyNow, we stand by the quality of our products, which is why we offer a hassle-free refund policy. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a refund. Simply reach out to us via email at contact@seektherapynow.com to initiate the return process. Our team will guide you through the necessary steps to ensure a smooth and prompt resolution. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're here to make sure you're happy with every aspect of your experience with us.

WHERE WILL MY REFUND GO?
Refunds are issued in the form of a store credit. Store credits can be used on any products available on www.seektherepy.net.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Orders will take 1-2 weeks to process and ship. If your order takes more than 2 weeks to ship you will be refunded 100% of your shipping cost. This policy begins 24 hours after your order is placed and processed.
For International shipping please allow an additional 7 business days.
Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day.
My order says delivered but I have not received it, what should I do?
USPS is responsible for the delivery of the package. In the event you are unable to locate the package posted “in-transit” or “delivered” we recommend contacting your local post office.
Shipping Address Issues
Seek Therapy Now WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE for any shipping address discrepancies which includes lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct information before submitting their order. If the shipping or product information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase we are not able to make any changes.

DELIVERY ISSUES
All orders with delivery issues where the package is labeled delivered and the customer didn’t receive the package must file a claim with the shipping company. If the claim is unsuccessful upon further review we may issue a store credit for the amount of the package that is in question.
